Steffi van Tilborg

Steffi van Tilborg serves as the Team Lead for Career Service & Alumni Relations at Nijmegen School of Management since October 2021, overseeing a team of six while developing career management courses and policies, coaching students, and facilitating projects in response to changes in higher education funding. Previously, Steffi held the role of Coordinator Career Services (ad interim) at Radboud University, collaborating with multiple faculties to modernize career services. Other past positions include Alumni & Project Officer at the Faculty of Social Sciences and various roles focusing on HR and project management, particularly in the healthcare sector. Steffi's educational background includes a post-master's degree from Radboud Management Academy and a master's in Strategic Human Resource Management from Radboud University.
