Caroline de Graaf - Tolkamp

Caroline de Graaf - Tolkamp is an experienced arbeidsrechtjurist and owner of Arbeidsrecht De Graaf since 2007. Caroline has held various academic and advisory roles, including guest lecturer at Radboudumc and lecturer in labor law at CS Opleidingen BV. Caroline served as an interim graduation teacher at Hanzehogeschool Groningen and held positions within complaints committees for Stichting Sprank and Woonzorgcentrum de Westerkim. Other notable experiences include her role at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners to oversee compliance with performance systems and her previous work as an interim labor lawyer at Bouma & Zwolle Advocaten. Caroline possesses a post-academic degree in Labor Law from the Grotius Academie, in addition to bachelor's and master's degrees in Dutch law from Open Universiteit.
