Els van Asperen

Els van Asperen has extensive experience in leadership, management development, and organizational effectiveness, primarily within the healthcare sector at Radboudumc since November 2011. Currently serving as Manager of Arbo en Milieudienst (AMD), Els is focused on promoting a healthy and safe work environment for over 12,000 employees. Previous roles include responsibilities for management development and organizational development, with leadership of diverse teams across various organizations. Prior to Radboudumc, positions included management roles at Wonderful at Work, HJ Heinz, Campina, and Philips, where Els successfully drove cultural change, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Educational qualifications include degrees in Business Economics and Human Resources Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Tilburg University, along with several leadership training programs.
