Matthew Phelan

Matthew Phelan, CPA, currently serves as the Regional Director at Radcliffe Capital Management since February 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Senior Vice President at Navigation Capital Partners from July 2020 to February 2022, focusing on SPAC equity investments. Matthew also worked as Vice President at Antares Capital LP, where significant financing solutions were provided for middle-market private equity transactions. Additionally, Matthew's experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP, and a Business Advisory Program Intern at EY. Matthew earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the College of Charleston.
