Charles Rademacher

Charles Rademacher has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Charles currently works as the Director of Corporate Strategy at Radco Roofing since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Vice President at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking from October 2018 to May 2022. Before that, they worked as an Associate at Arbor Realty Trust from December 2016 to September 2018. Charles also gained experience as an Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities from May 2015 to December 2016. Charles started their career at Freddie Mac, where they held multiple roles including Multifamily Loan Pricing & Securitization Analyst from April 2013 to May 2015, Multifamily Asset Management Analyst from June 2012 to April 2013, and as a Financial Analyst Intern, Multifamily Asset Management from May 2011 to August 2011.
