Iulian Avram

Iulian Avram is an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer with a robust background in database programming and software development, specializing in the telecommunications and insurance sectors. Since March 2012, Iulian has been contributing to RADCOM S.R.L. in Romania, focusing on Oracle Database 12c and Apex 5.1 for telecom software. Prior experience includes roles at Credit Europe Asigurari-Reasigurari and Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA, where Iulian developed insurance applications and leasing software, respectively, utilizing various programming tools and techniques. Iulian holds a master's degree in Database from the University of Bucharest and a licentiate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from University Hyperion.
