Melinda Paunescu has over 18 years of experience in the technology and marketing sectors, currently serving as Development Director at RADCOM S.R.L. in Romania since June 2005. Throughout this tenure, Melinda has held various roles including Technical Project Manager and Senior Account Manager, focusing on managing accounts, conducting market analysis, and overseeing internal marketing projects. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at MEGATREND ROMANIA, where Melinda engaged in sales and marketing activities. Melinda holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Universitatea Româno-Americană din București and completed secondary education at Liceu Nicolae Iorga.
