Cristian Stanca is an experienced IT and Operations Technical Manager with a career spanning over two decades, currently leading a team of 15 specialists at RADCOM SA since July 2005, where responsibilities include supporting IT infrastructure and designing a secure Data Center. Previously held roles include IT & Operations Technical Manager at RADCOM and NOC Team Leader at RADCOM SRL, focusing on IT infrastructure design and performance monitoring. Prior experience includes serving as System Administrator at PCNET Data Network S.A, contributing to the development of Bucharest’s first ATM/ADSL network and implementing VoIP solutions. Cristian holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, and IT Engineering from "Politehnica" University of Bucharest and a Master's degree in Financial Management from The Ecological University of Bucharest.
