Rakshita Modugu has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2018 when they were a Management Intern at DSR Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. In 2019, they joined Strarts as a member of the Marketing and Operations Team. From 2020 to 2021, they held multiple positions, including Vice President of Outreach for Women in Business Club at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, Director of Marketing TEDx at TEDxIUPUI, MAC Tutor at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, and Digital Marketing Strategist at Vieaura. In 2021, they were a Growth and Strategy Associate at Moving. Currently, they are a Business Relations Executive at RADcube, President of The Entrepreneurship Club at Kelley School of Business (IU), and Business Solutions Consultant at 21Staff.

Rakshita Modugu is currently attending the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis and is expected to graduate in 2023. Rakshita previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Mahindra University in 2019. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online in 2020 and Digital Marketing from Internshala.
