Emrika Larsson

Emrika Larsson has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an HR-generalist at Sida since April 2018, where responsibilities include diversity, inclusion, recruitment, communication, and travel management. Additionally, Emrika promotes internal diversity and gender equality and oversees educational initiatives for children and young adults at Frisk & Fri, while also volunteering as a leisure leader for unaccompanied youth at Rädda Barnen. Previous roles at Sida encompassed a focus on diversity and gender equality as well as communication, and Emrika has a background in training volunteers in gender-related issues with Män för Jämställdhet. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in rhetorical consulting from Södertörn University and a brief period of study at Stockholm University.
