Fatme Audi

Fatme Audi is a Regional Rådgivare at Rädda Barnen - Save the Children Sweden since August 2020, based in Malmö and collaborating with colleagues across multiple regions including Skåne, Blekinge, Kronoberg, and Jönköping. As a Projektledare, Fatme has led initiatives such as "Ungas vägar till arbete eller studier," utilizing a collective impact model, and "Kraftsamling Herrgården," where Rädda Barnen serves as the coordinating partner. Additionally, Fatme functions as a Processledare, managing two projects targeting young adults distanced from the job market. Prior experience includes positions as a Socialsekreterare in Malmö stad, where responsibilities involved assessing and facilitating support for clients, and various roles in retail, including as a Butikssäljare at Clas Ohlson and H&M. Fatme holds a degree in Social Work from Lund University and a Gymnasieexamen in Economics and Law from Hermods Gymnasium.
