Fazeela Selberg Zaib

Fazeela Selberg Zaib has extensive experience in operations and advisory roles within non-profit organizations, particularly focused on children, youth, and anti-radicalization efforts. Currently serving as an Advisor and National Head of Operations at Rädda Barnen - Save the Children Sweden, Fazeela oversees national initiatives related to combating violent extremism and manages a support line in partnership with The Swedish Center for Preventing Violent Extremism. Fazeela is also a co-founder and advisory board member of Lighthouse Relief, providing strategic guidance on operations and funding. Additionally, Fazeela has played a key role in various leadership programs through The Swedish Institute and has contributed to civil society development as a writer, lecturer, and humanitarian aid officer for several organizations, including Islamic Relief Sweden and Kista Folkhögskola. Fazeela holds educational qualifications in Journalism from Stockholm University and Development Studies from Uppsala University.
