Izabelle Blom

Izabelle Blom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and advocacy within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager and Award Manager at Rädda Barnen / Save the Children Sweden, Izabelle oversees the implementation of international programs, ensuring compliance with donor requirements across various regions, including Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Prior roles include Union Representative, Award Management Officer, and Interim Award Manager for Zambia. Izabelle's experience is further enriched by positions at RFSU and SOS Children's Villages International, where responsibilities ranged from project planning to global advocacy efforts.
