Maliha possesses extensive experience in the field of education and child rights, particularly within organizations such as Rädda Barnen - Save the Children Sweden and GIZ. Since September 2014, Maliha has held various leadership roles, including Regional Thematic Lead for East Africa and Senior Advisor for Child Rights and Business. Responsibilities include developing strategic documents and ensuring the right to education for all children. Prior to this, roles at Save the Children International and Save the Children UK involved education consultancy, program management, and advocacy efforts for educational programs targeting working children. Maliha's academic background includes a Master's degree in Sciences, Art Education, and Child Psychology from the University College of Home Economics.
