Kelsey Miller

Kelsey Miller has extensive work experience in the fields of operationalizing culture, marketing, and restaurant management. In 2018, they began working with Radeus Labs, Inc. as Manager of Operationalizing Culture, a role in which they partnered with the management team to design, develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and develop employees. Kelsey also served as Culture and Geek Resource Concierge and Administrative Assistant at Radeus. In 2018, they also began working as Marketing Manager at Rhombus Education, where they took a multifaceted approach to health, education, and curriculum development. In 2016, they began working as an Assistant Manager at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc. and, in 2005, they began working as a Restaurant Lead at Catalina Restaurant Group.

Kelsey Miller attended San Diego Christian College from 2005 to 2009 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
