Jackie McNabb

Jackie McNabb has extensive experience in web and enterprise systems, currently serving as the Senior Director of Web/Enterprise Systems at Radford University since 2009, following a previous role as Director of Enterprise Systems. Prior to joining Radford University, Jackie worked at Sungard Higher Education from 2002 to 2009 as a Team Manager, handling leadership in post-development and support projects, including software upgrades and client relationship management. Jackie also held the position of Senior Advisory Consultant at SCT from 1990 to 2002 and began a career in technology as a Programmer at SPAWAR from 1988 to 1990. Jackie's military service includes time as an Interior Communications Technician in the United States Navy from 1980 to 1984. Educational qualifications include participation in the Educause Management Institute in 2013 and attendance at Idaho State University.
