Shelli Sayers

Shelli Sayers has extensive experience in track and field coaching, currently serving as the Director of Track & Field and Cross Country and Assistant Track & Field Coach at Radford University since November 2015. In this role, Shelli specializes in sprints, hurdles, multis, and recruitment coordination. Prior to this, from August 2010 to November 2015, Shelli was the Associate Head Track & Field Coach at the University of Northern Iowa, where responsibilities included planning training programs for women’s sprinters, managing program budgets, and overseeing academic progress to meet APR requirements. Shelli began the coaching career as an Assistant Track Coach at Roanoke College from August 2004 to July 2010. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Roanoke College (1996-2000) and completion of high school at Blacksburg High School (1992-1996).
