Thao Le is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Radformation since May 2021. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at RQM+ and Regulatory Affairs Specialist II at Johnson & Johnson. Thao began a military career in the US Army in June 2013, holding positions in the Military Police Corps and specialized medical training. Educational qualifications include an MBA and MS in Finance from Boston College, a Master’s in Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor's in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Leadership abilities have been recognized throughout Thao's career, including during service as a Cadet in the Army ROTC.
