Swapnil Tulsankar

Swapnil Tulsankar serves as the Chief People Officer at Radhakrishna Foodland Pvt Ltd since November 2021. Prior to this role, Swapnil held the position of Head of Human Resources at Bisleri International Pvt Ltd from March 2020 to October 2021. Experience with Pidilite Industries Limited as a Senior Manager - HR Business Partner spanned from March 2014 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Swapnil worked at Reliance Energy as a Senior Manager in Corporate HR, where responsibilities included integrating electrical engineering, HR, IT, and Training & OD to develop hybrid business solutions. Swapnil's initial experience includes a project role at L&T-Training from 2005 to 2006. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Development from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (2009-2012) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Fr.C.R. Institute of Technology, University of Mumbai (2002-2006).
