Blake Poe has significant experience in engineering and project management within the aerospace sector. Currently serving as the Director of Structures at Radia, Inc. since December 2018, Blake oversees the structural architecture of the world's largest Part 25 aircraft, managing staffing, supplier oversight, schedules, and budgets. Previously, as the Head of Strategic Operations Development, Blake facilitated collaboration among various departments and developed simulation tools and semi-prepared runway airports. With a history at Swift Engineering, Inc. as Structures Lead and Principal Investigator for various UAV projects, alongside roles at Scaled Composites, LLC, and AeroVironment, Inc., Blake's expertise encompasses structural design, cost management, and UAV test piloting. Educational qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
