Brandon Slate

Brandon Slate has extensive experience in engineering and maintenance, currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer Technician, Automation Specialist, and Electrician at Radiac Abrasives, A TYROLIT Company since July 2016. Key responsibilities include overseeing electrical maintenance for over 100 pieces of equipment, implementing PLC/HMI installations, and modernizing equipment to align with lean manufacturing practices. Prior to this role, Brandon was the Maintenance Manager at Tomenson Machine Works Inc. from March 2013 to June 2016, where duties encompassed facility and equipment maintenance, R&D, environmental management, and safety training. Brandon began a career in maintenance as the Maintenance Chief in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 to 2006, ensuring combat readiness for a company of Amphibious Assault Vehicles.
