Jack Samec is currently the VP of Corporate Development and Chief of Staff at Radial Entertainment, the largest independent film and TV distributor, formed from the merger of Shout! Studios and FilmRise. Previously, Jack held positions at Endeavor as an M&A and Corporate Development Associate and Manager, and at Thrasio in M&A. They also served as an Investment Banking Analyst at DC Advisory, focusing on tech M&A and capital raises. Jack graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy and a Minor in History.
