Jeff Keeler

Jeff Keeler serves as Chief Legal Officer and corporate secretary at Radial Power LLC, providing senior legal counsel on risk, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives since 2025. Previously, Keeler was General Counsel and Secretary at Ric Energy Group, overseeing legal matters for M&A and corporate governance. As founder and managing member of Keeler Law and Consulting PLLC, expertise included corporate development for emerging energy transition companies. Keeler's background also features roles at Warren Resources, American Wind Capital, Iberdrola Renewables, and Enron, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, business development, and corporate environmental strategies. Education includes a B.A. in Political Science from Drew University and a J.D. in Law & Public Policy from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
