Michael Chiles

Michael Chiles has over two decades of experience in operations and management within various sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Radial Inc. since August 2014, Michael previously held the role of Operations Supervisor at the same company. Prior to Radial Inc., experience includes working as Assistant Vice President at Heritage Bank from August 2006 to May 2014 and as Loan Officer at Central Kentucky Agricultural Credit from March 2004 to August 2006. Michael also managed a store at Tractor Supply Company from June 2002 to August 2003. Michael Chiles holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kentucky, earned between 1998 and 2002, as well as a high school diploma from Pendleton County High School.
