Mathias Pez

Mathias Pez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the optical solutions industry. Since 2007, Mathias has served as the Technical Director at Radiall, contributing significantly to the Radiall System and as Chief Engineer for Radiall-Optical Interconnect Solutions. Prior to this, Mathias was the Chief Executive Officer of D-Lightsys, a company founded in 2002 that specializes in high-performance optical solutions for demanding environments, particularly in the Mil/Aero and Space markets. Mathias facilitated the integration of D-Lightsys into the Radiall Group in 2007, overseeing the relocation of the production facility to Isle d'Abeau, France, and establishing an assembly line in New Haven, Connecticut to support the USA market. Additionally, Mathias has held positions as an R&D Engineer at Thales-TRT and has been involved in academia as a lecturer at ESME Sudria. Educational credentials include a Mastère in Electronique Aérospatiale from ISAE-SUPAERO and a Master of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from ESME.
