Andy Baran is an accomplished investment associate at Radian Capital, previously serving as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. With experience as a research assistant in the Economics Department at Columbia University, Andy also completed a summer business analyst internship at McKinsey & Company. As co-founder and COO of Leilo, Andy has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Andy Baran is currently pursuing the Z Fellows program for the 2023-2024 academic year, following the completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University in 2022.
