Jessica Fainman

Jessica Fainman is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Radian Capital since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel at Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C. from May 2011 to April 2022. Jessica has also worked as a Vice President at Barclays Capital from October 2008 to May 2011 and as an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from September 2003 to September 2008. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School, earned between 2000 and 2003, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies from Duke University, completed in 2000.
