Haley Horgan

Haley Horgan has worked in the renewable energy industry since 2013. Haley began as an Office Manager at SUNS UP SOLAR in 2013. In 2015, they were a Field Energy Advisor at Sunrun, a Solar Specialist at NRG Home Solar, and a Field Services Coordinator at Radian Generation. In 2016, they became a Portfolio Manager at Radian Generation, where they maintained a database of renewable assets, managed commercial, contractual, regulatory, and reporting obligations, and fulfilled client contracts. Additionally, they assisted the Financial Asset Management team in the administration of invoice and SREC tracking, ensured regulatory and reporting compliance for operating plants, monitored performance data for operating plants, and was responsible for overseeing the monitoring and maintenance of ~6000 residential systems nationwide.

Haley Horgan attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences. Haley also participated in a study abroad program at the University of East Anglia, focusing on Environmental Sciences.
