Janet Ferrari CEM

Janet Ferrari CEM has a long and varied work experience. Janet began their career in 1992 working as a Producer and Project Manager in TV Commercial Production, where they negotiated deals for every line item and managed the financial and logistical aspects of each shoot. In 2002, they started their own business, Professional Window Washing, which they grew and eventually sold. From 2009 to 2015, they worked in solar and renewable energy system design and sales, designing and selling 138 systems representing over $5M in revenues. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Finance Specialist and Project Manager at Green Energy Experts, where they analyzed energy use, energy systems, and economic benefits. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Consulting Department Operations Manager at ConSol, managing a team of 5 project managers. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have been the Director of Portfolio Management at Radian Generation, managing the Asset Management department and supporting the active management of multiple portfolios.

Janet Ferrari CEM obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles between 1981 and 1986. In 2015 and 2016, they completed a Certificate in Construction Management from UCLA Extension. In 2016, they also obtained a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
