Leo Bernier is the Director of Compliance & Risk at Radian Generation, bringing over a decade of leadership in NERC/FERC regulatory compliance from their work at AES. Prior to this role, Leo served as the Senior NERC Reliability Compliance Manager, overseeing compliance for diverse energy assets and mentoring a team of NERC Analysts. Their career began at AES Thames Inc as a Maintenance Technician, progressing to Plant Leader of Maintenance at Indianapolis Power and Light, where they ensured safe operations of a 1300 MVA Power Plant. Leo is currently pursuing education in Instrumentation and Controls through the Instrument Society of America.
