Alissa Ware, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and enterprise delivery. Currently serving as VP, Enterprise Delivery at Radian since July 2019, Alissa has been involved in collaborative efforts with stakeholders to drive transformational programs and develop IT strategies alongside the CTO. Prior experience at Thomas from September 2008 to June 2019 included roles as Senior Key Accounts Project Manager and Senior Enterprise Project Manager, focusing on managing high-priority projects and mentoring fellow project managers.
