Justin Foster

Justin Foster has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Justin is currently working as the Senior Vice President, People Experience at Radian, leading a team responsible for talent management programs, learning, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, Global Chief Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Officer at DLL, where they had global strategic responsibility for promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization. Justin also held roles in talent acquisition and human resources at Apollo Education Group, DuPont, Lockheed Martin, and Penske Truck Leasing. Overall, they have extensive experience in HR leadership, talent management, diversity, and inclusion.

Justin Foster has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, with a focus on Human Resources, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Justin also studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the University of Phoenix and Organizational Leadership at Wilmington University. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications, including Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Verified Instructor from Wharton Interactive, Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching, and several others. One of their recent certifications is in Neurodiversity Sensory Awareness, obtained from the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) in January 2022.
