Renee Murphy

Renee Murphy has a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and human resources. Renee is currently working as the VP of Talent and Organizational Development at Radian. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at University of Phoenix and Apollo Education Group, where they worked as a Sr. Director in various roles related to human resources, talent management, and learning consulting and strategy. Before that, Renee was the Director of Talent Management at Avnet, Inc. and the Training Director at Bankfirst. Renee began their career as a Sr. Training Specialist at Discover Card.

Renee Murphy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona between 1987 and 1991. Later, in 1998, they earned an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix. Renee also holds additional certifications in Succession Planning from LinkedIn, obtained in 2019, and in Learning Personal Branding from Lynda.com, obtained in 2018.
