Tom Jones

Tom Jones is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in storage engineering and system administration. Currently employed at Radian as a Storage Engineer since January 2010, Tom specializes in supporting SAN environments utilizing Dell/EMC, Pure, and NetApp storage systems, alongside managing backup and recovery solutions with Veeam and Veritas NetBackup. Prior to this role, Tom served as System Administrator II at Omnicare Clinical Research, where responsibilities included daily administrative tasks and backup monitoring. Tom’s career also includes experience as a System Administrator for OAO Technology Solutions, focusing on Novell and Active Directory administration, and as a Desktop Support professional facilitating a Windows 2000 rollout for numerous corporate users. Tom holds education credentials from the University of Phoenix and the Computer Learning Center.
