Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Radiance Living since May 2024, Tamika previously held the position of Regional Manager at RPM Living from October 2023 to May 2024. Prior to that, Tamika worked at DayRise Residential, LLC for almost nine years, where responsibilities included Director Regional, Training Specialist, and Property Manager. Tamika's career began at Millstone Apartment Homes as a Property Manager from October 2009 to January 2015. Tamika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston and the University of Houston-Downtown, as well as an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Houston Community College.
