Prasanna Desai

Prasanna Desai is the current Director at Radiance Renewables. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director & Head of Operations at EverSource Capital from April 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Kiran Energy Solar Power Private Limited from January 2012 to March 2018.

Prasanna began their career in 1995 as a Manager at JM Financial. Prasanna then moved to KPMG India in 1998, where they worked their way up to Director of Corporate Finance. In 2006, they left KPMG to join Citi as Vice President of Investment Banking. After a year at Citi, they joined F&C Asset Management as Director of F&C REIT India. Prasanna held this position until 2011, when they left to join Kiran Energy Solar Power Private Limited as Chief Operating Officer.

Prasanna Desai did their schooling from Maneckji Cooper in ICSE board. Prasanna went on to study Electronics and Power Engineering from Nagpur University and later completed their MA in Economics and Prasanna'story from the University of Mumbai. Prasanna has also done a course in management studies from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
