Adam McLeod

Adam McLeod is a seasoned program analyst currently employed at Radiance Technologies since January 2021, with prior experience as the Wargame Branch Head at the Missile Defense Agency. McLeod has a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy, serving as a Surface Warfare Officer and holding various leadership roles, including Chief Staff Officer for Maritime Prepositioning Squadron THREE and Current Operations Officer for the Australian Amphibious Task Group. With extensive expertise in planning, execution, and management of military operations, McLeod has successfully overseen numerous high-stakes wargames and military exercises, while also contributing significantly to curriculum development and training at the Surface Warfare Officer School. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master’s in Military Operational Art and Science from Marine Corps University, and completion of JPME Phase 2 at the Joint and Combined Warfighting School.
