Matthew Gann is an experienced FPGA Digital Design Engineer currently with Radiance Technologies since December 2024. Previous positions include Lead Software Engineer at CableLabs and Senior Engineer roles at Paragon Research Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed technical leadership and development of key projects such as a Software Defined Radio and custom embedded Linux solutions. Matthew has significant expertise in embedded systems, FPGA design, and software development, demonstrated through contributions at Synapse Wireless, Brockwell Technologies, Schneider Electric, and ADTRAN. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications and Digital Design from Tennessee Technological University.
