Chris Massa has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. From 1992 to 2000, they worked at Black & Decker in various sales, training, and management positions. In 2000, they joined AirClic as the Director of Sales & Training. From 2001 to 2009, they worked at Levolor Kirsch (Newell Rubbermaid) in various roles, including Director of Sales and Director of Training & Organizational Development. From 2010 to 2015, they were the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at LHI, where they managed key national accounts and a team of Business Development and Marketing Managers. Chris then worked as the Vice President of Sales at Larson-Juhl from 2015 to 2016, where they were responsible for sales growth and managing a team of regional sales directors and key account managers. Most recently, they were the Vice President of Retail Sales at Radians, Inc. starting in 2017. As a consultant at CM Consulting Group from 2016 to 2017, they specialized in retail merchandising, market research, vendor negotiation, sales data analytics, and strategic planning.
Chris Massa attended The Citadel from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
