Radiant Community Arts (RadArts) is a nonprofit organization that aims to increase access to the arts to strengthen communities. Founded as the Arts & Culture Program with Oregon Supported Living Program, we grew into a full time studio and art gallery, and became an independent organization in 2025.

We work to achieve our mission by providing affordable art classes, workshops, and events in our arts center in Eugene, Oregon. We also host a gallery where artists of all levels and abilities are able to display and sell their work. We will continue to expand our offerings to create as many opportunities for artistic expression as we can.
