Aleksandar Nedelkovski, MSHRD, has a comprehensive work experience spanning over a decade. Aleksandar is currently working at Radiant Digital as a Learning Project Manager & Senior Instructional Designer. Prior to their current role, they worked at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. as a Solar Field Onboarding Solutions Architect - Clarity Consultants.

Before that, they served as a Senior Instructional Designer at SHRM. Alekasandar also worked as a COVID-19 Response Training Specialist at Harris County Public Health.

Further back in their career, they worked as a Senior Instructional Designer Team Lead at ACCC Insurance Company and as a Training and Development Consultant at BlueLine Rental. Alekasandar gained valuable experience as a Training Project Manager - HR at Baker Hughes Inc.

In addition to their corporate experience, they have also worked as a Career Guidance and Business English Trainer at International Consulates, where they delivered training to corporate professionals on Business English and Business Culture in the US. Additionally, they served as an Adjunct Professor in English as a Second Language at Lone Star College and Houston Community College.

Aleksandar Nedelkovski, MSHRD, has an education history that includes a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Houston, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a degree in English Teacher Training at the South East European University from 2005 to 2009, specializing in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. In addition, in 2006 and 2007, they participated in a Non-Degree Exchange Program at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, focusing on Cultural Anthropology.

Furthermore, Aleksandar has acquired several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they obtained the Adobe Captivate Specialist (2019 release) certification from Adobe. More recently, in 2022, they earned the SHRM People Analytics Specialty certification and the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
