Lam Huynh has extensive experience in the field of UX design and management. Lam began their career in 1997 as a Design/Producer at Golden Gate University, where they redesigned and produced the CyberCampus website. Lam then worked at ZDNet as a Production Manager, overseeing daily production work for multiple websites and leading the design and production of an in-house workflow system.
In 2000, Lam joined Siebel Systems as a Sr. Manager, Web Production, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations of all corporate web properties and managed the production of major redesigns to Siebel.com.
From 2004 to 2015, Lam held various roles at SugarCRM, including Sr. UX Designer/Engineer and Technical Marketing Manager/UI Engineer. Lam designed high-fidelity UX workflows, produced interactive prototypes, and implemented front-end code. Additionally, they developed and managed web properties such as SugarCRM.com and SugarForge.org.
Lam then worked as a Sr. UX Designer at Riviera Partners from 2015 to 2017, where they utilized their skills in UX design. Lam later joined Waste Management as a Lead UX Designer/Researcher, and then moved to Memorial Hermann Health System in the same role.
In 2018, Lam joined Sungrade Solar as a Lead UX Designer, where they contributed their expertise in user experience design. Lam then became the Director of Digital Experience at Radiant Digital in 2019, overseeing digital experience initiatives for the company.
Most recently, Lam joined Dojo Partners in 2021 as an Advisory Partner. Lam plays a key role in combining strategy, design thinking, and program realization to drive corporate growth and innovation. Lam is passionate about creating better customer experiences for clients and their customers.
Lam Huynh's education history includes obtaining certifications in User Experience Design from The Interaction Design Foundation from 2017 to 2020. They also have additional certifications in various subjects such as UI/UX Design Essential Training, Management Skills, Mobile User Experience (UX) Design, UI Design Patterns for Successful Software, and IDF Membership Certificate. These additional certifications were obtained from various institutions including Udemy and the Interaction Design Foundation between 2018 and 2021.
