We are registered with the FSC Mauritius as a private company limited by shares that holds Global Business License under the Financial Services Act of 2007 and have been authorized to operate as a Expert Fund under Regulation 79 and Regulation 2008 (Collective Investment Scheme and Close ended Funds).

Our Fund has also been registered as a Foreign Portfolio Investors (Category 1) under SEBI Regulation, 2019.
