Leslie Cooper Msn

Leslie Cooper MSN, RN, CHPN serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for both Radiant Hospice and Faith Hospice since May 2023 and August 2022, respectively. Previously, Leslie held the position of Executive Director at AVIANT Hospice from September 2018 to August 2022 and served as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Serenity Hospice & Palliative Care from December 2014 to September 2018. Leslie's career began at Hospice of the Southwest as Patient Care Administrator, a role held from May 2007 to December 2014. Leslie holds a Master's degree in Registered Nursing, Healthcare Administration and Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
