Henry N.

Henry N. is currently the Head of Value Creation at Lightspeed Venture Partners, leading initiatives across private equity, growth, and venture sectors. They have previously held roles in PE value creation at Permira and Vector Capital, and served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Henry has also contributed as a Board Observer for several companies, including Zendesk and Mood Media. They earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Finance and International Business from New York University, complemented by a minor in Studio Art.
