Shahar Ben-Hador

Shahar Ben-Hador has a diverse work experience spanning several leadership roles in the technology industry. Shahar is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Radiant Security, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, Shahar worked at Exabeam, where they served as the Vice President of Product Management from September 2019 to April 2021, and as the CIO from March 2018 to August 2019. Before joining Exabeam, they held various positions at Imperva, including VP & GM from July 2017 to February 2018, Chief Information Security Officer from October 2014 to June 2017, and Manager/Director of IT Infrastructure from September 2008 to October 2014. Shahar also worked as an IT Manager at HyperRoll from November 2007 to September 2008, and as a Systems Analyst/Manager at HRD Inc from October 2006 to November 2007. Shahar began their career as an IT/Data Director at Beeri Printers from January 2001 to February 2006.

Shahar Ben-Hador completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Math & Computer Science at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2000 to 2004.
