Jessy Hosken

Jessy Hosken's work experience started in 2015 as a Camp Director for Skyhawks Sports Academy. In this role, they organized and led sports-themed day camps for various age groups. From 2016 to 2016, they worked as a Restaurant Server at Woodland Terrace, attending to and engaging with seniors by taking orders and serving food.

In 2017, Jessy worked as a Personal Tutor as an Independent Contractor, providing academic support to students. The following year, from 2018 to 2018, they served as an Assistant Teacher for the University of Puget Sound Summer Academic Challenge program, leading STEM-based lessons and activities for middle and high school students.

From 2015 to 2018, Jessy held two positions at the University of Puget Sound. As a Course Assistant, they supervised physics labs, answered students' questions, and graded assignments. Jessy also worked as a Student Researcher, collaborating with multiple universities to improve the efficiency of luminescent solar concentrators.

In 2018, Jessy joined Radiant Vision Systems as an Applications Engineer. In this role, they conducted on-site training for customers in the AR and VR industries and reduced average customer support case timelines. Jessy also created and updated user manuals for software products. Jessy later became an Associate Product Manager, responsible for discovering customer needs, writing technical specifications, prioritizing features, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing the launch of new products.

Overall, Jessy Hosken has gained extensive experience in teaching, customer support, research, and product management.

Jessy Hosken obtained a Certificate in Software Product Management from UW Professional & Continuing Education from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, Jessy Hosken completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at the University of Puget Sound from 2014 to 2018. The BS degree included a double major in Physics and STS (Science, Technology, and Society), with a minor in Math. Additionally, Jessy Hosken obtained a certification in Marketing Foundations: Customer Segmentation from LinkedIn in November 2020.
