Lukman Dema

Lukman Dema has worked in various roles since 2012. Lukman began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Adani Group, before moving to Radiant hitech Ltd in 2016, where they worked as a Maintenance Engineer. Lukman's responsibilities included maintenance of equipment, supervising machinery timing inspection, working with NC/CNC machines, survey of reporting and recording analysis, waste management, production process management, leadership, management of high equipment handling, developing work scope for contracted projects, analyzing received quotes and recommending preferred vendors, performing troubleshooting and repair for complex electrical equipment, visually inspecting and testing machinery and equipment, and performing routine preventive maintenance. In 2019, they were promoted to Operations Manager at Radiant.

Lukman Dema's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedbabd from 2012 to 2016. Lukman then went on to pursue a Msc Management with Project Management from BPP University from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, they began a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Bedfordshire. Lukman is also currently pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management with Data Analyst and a Master's degree in Global Supply Chain Management with Data Analyst from the same university.
