Adam O'Neill

Adam O'Neill is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as an Individual Resiliency Trainer (Therapist) in the Compass - First Episode Psychosis program at RADIAS Health since January 2023. With extensive experience at Guild Incorporated from April 2008 to January 2023, Adam held various roles including Clinical Supervisor, Lead Mental Health Case Manager, Employment Specialist, Recreation Therapist, and Mental Health Practitioner, where responsibilities encompassed case management, diagnostic assessments, and therapeutic activities for individuals with severe mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Adam also contributed to CIGNA Behavioral Health as a Care Senior Associate. Academically, Adam holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
