Angela Montgomery is an experienced professional in the fields of mental health and legal advocacy, currently serving as a Mental Health Specialist and Counselor at RADIAS Health since December 2018. Previously, Angela held the position of Medical Advocacy Program Coordinator at the Sexual Violence Center from October 2015 to June 2018. Angela's legal background includes directing Children's Legal Services, which provides pro bono representation for youth in Minnesota, and serving as a Staff Attorney at the Children's Law Center of Minnesota, where representation focused on youth in Child Protection hearings. Angela's career also includes significant involvement in community advocacy, including a presidency at the Twin Cities Chapter of the National Organization for Women and candidacy for State Representative under the MN DFL. Educational achievements encompass a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a BS from the University of Minnesota in Women Studies, Youth Studies, and Family Education.
